Abstract:
The device for pumping products from a pumping area (2) to an enclosure (3) comprises two tanks, a transfer system (8) which generates a suction of the products from the pumping area (2) to the tanks (4A, 4B) and a transfer of the non-gaseous products from the tanks (4A, 4B) to the enclosure (3), valves (3A, 3B, 3D, 3D, 3I, 4C, 4D, 4I, 4J) to, alternately, allow or block the communication from one tank (4A, 4B) to the pumping area (2) and a communication from the other tank (4A, 4B) to the enclosure (3), and a control system (25). The transfer system (8) comprises a suction unit (13) provided with hydro-ejectors (13A, 13B) connected to each tank (4A, 4B) and generating the suction of the products and a transfer unit (20) provided with a pump connected to the tanks (4A, 4B) to transfer non-gaseous products to the enclosure (3).
Abstract:
According to the present invention: the product (10) is sucked into a first transit vessel (2) placed under vacuum and, simultaneously, a second transit vessel (3) is emptied by flushing under pressure; and then, said product is sucked into said second transit vessel (3) placed under vacuum and, simultaneously, said first transit vessel (2) is emptied by flushing under pressure.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a unit for pumping flammable products capable of forming an explosive atmosphere from a pumping zone to a storage chamber, comprising: a separator for separating said products into a liquid/pasty phase and a gas phase, a positive displacement pump for returning non-gaseous products to said storage chamber, means for placing the separator under vacuum, and a circuit for discharging the gases produced by said unit to at least one demarcated discharge zone. The invention also relates to a corresponding pumping process.
Abstract:
The hydrocleaner may include a carrier vehicle provided with a frame, as well as an operational assembly which may be removably fixed on the frame of the carrier vehicle. The operational assembly may include two operational modules which may have all the operational equipment, including a first operational module provided with at least one tank and a second operational module provided with at least one pumping system, as well as two subframes. Each of the operational modules may be capable of being fixed on one of these subframes. Each of these subframes may be adaptable to different carrier vehicle frames and may be adapted to the frame of the carrier vehicle on which it is intended to be mounted, which may allow a rapid fitting and a rapid removal of the operational assembly.
Abstract:
A towing system comprises a bar, a first attachment device arranged at a first end of the bar, the first attachment device being able to attach the towing system to a towing vehicle, a second attachment device arranged at a second end of the bar, the second attachment device being able to attach the towing system to a travelling machine to be towed, the second attachment device comprising a fork able to hold at least one wheel of the travelling machine, the fork having two longitudinal members between which at least one wheel of the travelling machine is able to be received, a separation device able to modify the spacing between the two longitudinal members and a holding device able to hold the wheel between the two longitudinal members.
