A method for self-adaptively visualizing location based digital information may comprise: obtaining context information for a location based service, in response to a request for the location based service from a user; and presenting, based at least in part on the context information, the location based service through a user interface in at least one of a first mode and a second mode for the location based service, wherein a control of the location based service in one of the first mode and the second mode causes, at least in part, an adaptive control of the location based service in other of the first mode and the second mode.

There are disclosed various methods for video processing in a device and an apparatus for video processing. In a method one or more frames of a video are displayed to a user and information on an eye of the user is obtained. The information on the eye of the user is used to determine one or more key frames among the one or more frames of the video; and to determine one or more objects of interest in the one or more key frames. An apparatus comprises a display for displaying one or more frames of a video to a user; an eye tracker for obtaining information on an eye of the user; a key frame selector configured for using the information on the eye of the user to determine one or more key frames among the one or more frames of the video; and an object of interest determiner configured for using the information on the eye of the user to determine one or more objects of interest in the one or more key frames.

The embodiments of the invention relates to a method and a technical equipment for social network. The method comprises determining a relation degree between a user and a connection for each user relation at a specific time; listing the determined relations in time order to create a time-serial relation sequence; repeating the previous steps for all connections of the user; and grouping the connections according to the created time serial relation sequences.

A method may comprise: receiving encrypted data from a top participating node of a participant chain, which comprises a plurality of participating nodes; and decrypting the encrypted data, wherein the encrypted data comprise a plurality of encrypted sensory data obtained respectively by said plurality of participating nodes.
Abstract:
An approach is provided for discovering social ties among users based on cloaked trajectories. In a method, cloaked regions of a first trajectory of a first user and cloaked regions of a second trajectory of a second user are transformed to corresponding semantic regions, respectively, wherein a semantic region is expressed with a semantic meaning of a corresponding cloaked region. The transformed semantic regions are mapped into nodes of a hierarchical semantic tree, wherein each node of the hierarchical semantic tree corresponds to a semantic region. According to relationships between nodes mapped to semantic regions of the first trajectory and node mapped to the semantic regions of the second trajectory, social ties among the first user and the second user can be inferred.
