Abstract: The present invention relates to an implant system for implantation into a zygomatic bone. The implant system forms a dental substructure and comprises an apical system end and a coronal system end. The coronal system end includes a coronal superstructure interface along a superstructure interface axis for supporting a dental superstructure, wherein the implant system has a length in a range of 30 mm to 60 mm and includes at least two components.
