Apparatus, a method and a computer program are provided. The apparatus includes: at least one processor; and at least one memory storing computer program instructions, the at least one processor being configured to execute the computer program instructions to cause the apparatus at least to perform: controlling a touch sensitive display to display a first graphical item at a first position and a second graphical item at a second position, the second graphical item being separated from the first graphical item by a first distance; detecting a first user digit at the first position and a second user digit at the second position; reducing the first distance by moving at least one of the first and second graphical items across the touch sensitive display, in response to detecting movement, across the touch sensitive display, of at least one of the first and second user digits; and controlling the touch sensitive display to display a third graphical item, after determining the first distance has been reduced such that the first graphical item is proximate the second graphical item.

An apparatus comprising: a processor; and a memory including computer program code, the memory and the computer program code configured, with the processor, to cause the apparatus to perform at least the following: compare received biometric face vectors, wherein each received biometric face vector is received from a respective electronic device of a plurality of electronic devices and comprises one or more biometric face values determined from a respective image of a person captured by the corresponding electronic device; and provide for pairing authentication of the plurality of electronic devices if the comparison meets a predetermined similarity criterion.
Abstract:
Mechanisms are described for enhancing a user's photo browsing experience by presenting one or more video clips associated with an area of the photo that the user is viewing. For example, a pre-recorded still image may be presented on a display, and the still image may be associated with a pre-recorded video. One or more video clips of interest may be defined from the pre-recorded video and associated with a viewable area of the pre-recorded still image, e.g., a zoomed-in portion of the pre-recorded video. Receipt of a user input via the zoomed-in portion may cause presentation of a video clip of interest that is associated with the zoomed-in portion. The video clip of interest may, for example be a portion of the pre-recorded video in which an evens occurs, such as a gesture or a laugh or a smile of one of the participants in the scene being captured.
