Abstract: An apparatus, method and computer program is described, comprising: determining a similarity between a content of a first zone and a content of at least one or more other zones of a multi-zone virtual scene, in response to a modification of the content of said first zone, wherein content as perceived by a user within said scene is dependent on a virtual position of the user within said scene; and determining an updated rendering position of the first zone relative to said one or more other zones within the virtual scene, dependent on the determined similarities.

Abstract: An apparatus, method and computer program is disclosed relating to processing of virtual content. In an example embodiment, the method may comprise providing data representing one or more acoustic properties of a virtual scene, the virtual scene being for output to a user device associated with a user and comprising one or more audio sources at respective locations and identifying, based on a position of the user with respect to the one or more audio sources and the one or more acoustic properties of the virtual scene, one or more audio sources not meeting a predetermined criterion. The method may also comprise providing, via a user interface associated with the user device, one or more indicators respectively corresponding to the one or more identified audio sources. Responsive to selection of one of the one or more indicators, the method may also comprise changing the user position in the virtual scene so that the user is closer to the corresponding audio source.

Abstract: This specification describes an apparatus for controlling audio output. The apparatus provides first and a second audio components for output to first and second audio transducers of a wearable device, determine a proximity between the wearable device and a third audio transducer and determining a first or second state of the first and second audio transducers, and controlling output of at least one of the first and second audio components based on the determined proximity and the state of the first and second transducers. Responsive the proximity being under a threshold and the state of the first transducer being in a first state whilst the second transducer is in a second state, the apparatus causes output of the audio component associated with the second state transducer to be transferred to the third audio transducer whilst continuing to output the audio component associated with the first state transducer to said transducer.
