摘要: A vehicle weather strip according to the present invention includes a base that is attached to a door, a protrusion (a first elastic contact section) that comes into elastic contact with a sash of the door further in a door outer side direction than the base, a protrusion (a second elastic contact section) that comes into elastic contact with the sash further in the door outer side direction than the protrusion (the first elastic contact section). The protrusion (the second elastic contact section) is in contact with at least a molding in the sash.

摘要: To provide an inexpensive routing structure, which is improved in sealing performance with no harm in noise insulation performance, of a wire harness of a sensor for a door of an automobile. The routing structure includes a wire harness of a sensor. The sensor couples to a flange of a rear door of the automobile with a bracket, and detects an electric signal which provides an indication that an object is between the rear door and a front door. The wire harness passes through a through hole, provided on an inner panel of the rear door, and is routed into a space between the inner panel and an outer panel. The through hole is a service hole, provided on a door side surface of the inner panel.

摘要: A sealing structure for an automobile door includes a roll sash with a projection on an inner-cabin side surface of an upper end periphery thereof, a press sash without a projection and joined to the roll sash, and a decorative molding which covers the sashes. An installation base member of a weather strip is configured to operably couple to an outer circumferential edge on an upper side of the door sash. The weather strip includes a hollow seal member and an outer seal lip. An outer-cabin side end of the installation base member and a rib-shaped protrusion which extends outwardly toward an exterior of an automobile are configured to clasp the projection. An upper part protrusion which extends outwardly toward the exterior of the automobile from an upper side relative to the rib-shaped protrusion is configured to make close contact with an upper part of the decorative molding.

摘要: A division bar for an automobile is provided between a movable door glass and a fixed quarter glass. The division bar includes an inner-cabin side member and an outer-cabin side member. The inner-cabin side member is formed by integrally molding a receiving part, an inner-cabin side lip, and a seal part. A core is embedded in the receiving part. The core is bendable in an inner-cabin and outer-cabin direction. The outer-cabin side member is formed by integrally molding an anchoring protrusion, an outer-cabin side lip, and a seal lip. The outer-cabin side member couples to the inner-cabin side member by fitting the anchoring protrusion into the receiving part with the outer-cabin side lip making elastic contact with an outer-cabin side surface of the door glass and with the seal lip making elastic contact with the seal part.

摘要: An assembly structure of a door weather strip includes a roll sash with a projection, a press sash without a projection and joined to the roll sash, a decorative molding which covers the sashes, and an end cap fit on the decorative molding. An outer seal lip of the door weather strip includes: an upper side protrusion and a lower side protrusion which extend outwardly toward an exterior of an automobile and are parallel with each other in a longitudinal direction; and a channel between the protrusions, which is open outwardly toward the exterior of the automobile. The protrusions are connected by a connecting wall on a front end of the channel, slid toward a front side of a door from a rear side, and guided into a space between the press sash and the end cap with a projection on the end cap guided into the channel.
