Abstract: In a base station control system including a first base station whose deployment position has not been determined and a base station control apparatus, the base station control apparatus reduces a deviation in the number of terminals connected to each base station by including a clustering unit configured to repeat clustering for dividing a plurality of terminals into clusters for each of the first base station and a second base station while fixing a position of the existing second base station to which the plurality of terminals is connected and changing a position of the first base station, a calculation unit configured to calculate a number of first terminals connected to the first base station and a number of second terminals connected to the second base station for each of a plurality of transmission powers of the first base station in a case where the first base station is deployed at a position at a point in time at which the clustering is completed, and a selection unit configured to select a transmission power of the first base station on the basis of the number of first terminals and the number of second terminals.

Abstract: In a wireless communication method between a base station and a plurality of wireless terminals, the base station includes a plurality of first wireless modules that perform wireless communication using different channels that do not overlap each other, and each of the plurality of wireless terminals includes a second wireless module that performs wireless communication using any one communication channel. The wireless communication method includes executing a channel switching process of switching use states of the plurality of first wireless modules according to a predetermined schedule so as to enable any one of the plurality of first wireless modules to carry out transmission and to prohibit the other thereof from carrying out transmission. Further, there is a sleeping of an operation of the second wireless module while the first wireless module that performs wireless communication using the communication channel is prohibited from carrying out transmission.

Then, the device calculates a user data rate on the basis of the wireless resource, the overhead, the communication mode, and information regarding the number of spatial streams included in the information regarding the communication environment.

Abstract: A relay apparatus includes a plurality of reflection elements that applies independent phase shifts to an incoming wave, a communication circuitry that receives transmission point information from one or more transmission points, an element allocation circuitry, and a phase control circuitry. The element allocation circuitry determines the number of communication links to be established via the relay apparatus based on the transmission point information, determines the number of reflection elements to be allocated to each of the communication links, and determines a reflection element to be allocated to each of the communication links according to the number of the reflection elements. Abstract: A transmitting station (TX) according to an embodiment includes first and second wireless signal processing units (STA1 and STA2) and a link management unit (LM).
