    Abstract: A resin joint includes a joint body having a flow path, sleeves, and union nuts that fix tubes to the joint body. The joint body has a body portion with a curved inner peripheral surface and a straight portion protruding from an end portion of the body portion. The straight portion has outer and inner cylindrical portions radially arranged inside the outer cylindrical portion. An end portion of the inner cylindrical portion is positioned closer to the body portion than is an end portion of the outer cylindrical portion. A groove portion extending parallel with the outer and inner cylindrical portions in an axial direction is formed between an inner peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical portion and an outer peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical portion. The tube is fixed to the joint body such that a press-fit portion of the sleeve is press-fitted in the groove portion.

    Abstract: A sleeve, a cylindrical member for connecting a tube to a tubular body of a fitting, includes a first peripheral wall end portion facing a peripheral wall end portion of the tubular body, and a second peripheral wall end portion pressed into an open end of the tube. The first peripheral wall end portion includes either an annular protrusion or groove. The annular protrusion is pressed into an annular groove in the peripheral wall end portion of the tubular body. The annular groove allows an annular protrusion axially projecting from the peripheral wall end portion of the tubular body to be pressed thereinto. The second peripheral wall end portion includes a bulge portion to expand the diameter of the open end of the tube. An outer periphery of the first peripheral wall end portion includes a flange to axially face the peripheral wall end portion of the tubular body.

    Abstract: A first peripheral wall end portion of a conversion adapter is connected to a tubular body across a gasket, and has either an annular protrusion to be pressed into an annular groove on a side surface of the gasket, or an annular groove to allow an annular protrusion projecting from a side surface of the gasket to be pressed thereinto. The first peripheral wall end portion has either an internally threaded portion to allow an externally threaded portion of the tubular body to be screwed thereinto, or an externally threaded portion to allow a nut to be screwed thereonto. The nut also allows an externally threaded portion of the tubular body to be screwed thereinto. A second peripheral wall end portion of the conversion adapter has an externally threaded portion to allow another nut to be screwed thereonto, and then, to allow the sleeve to make contact with the inside.

    Abstract: A flow passage joint structure includes: a first external thread portion formed, at an end portion of first piping block, radially outward of flow passage hole; a second external thread portion formed, at an end portion of second piping block, radially outward of flow passage hole; a union nut having a first internal thread portion to be screwed to the first external thread portion, on one side in an axial direction thereof, and having a second internal thread portion to be screwed to the second external thread portion, on another side in the axial direction thereof; and a gasket configured to seal a connection portion between the flow passage holes on a radially inner side of the union nut. The first external thread portion and the first internal thread portion are right-hand threads, and the second external thread portion and the second internal thread portion are left-hand threads.
