摘要： The server device includes: a conference reservation database; a conference room management unit; and an authentication request processing unit. The conference reservation database stores the date and time of a conference, the IDs of participants participating in the conference, and the contact information on the participants in association with each other. The conference room management unit selects a conference room to be used for the conference from among a plurality of conference rooms and notifies the participants of the ID of the selected conference room before the date and time of the conference. The authentication request processing unit receives an authentication request for the visitor of the selected conference room from a terminal that controls the entry and exit of the selected conference room, processes the received authentication request, and transmits the authentication result for the visitor to the terminal.
