Abstract: A scheduled boarding time acquiring unit acquires a scheduled boarding time of an airport user. A security checkpoint arrival time calculating unit calculates, based on the scheduled boarding time, a security checkpoint arrival time at which the airport user arrives at a security checkpoint. A security checkpoint congestion predicting unit acquires a time series prediction of congestion at the security checkpoint. A privilege determining unit determines, based on the security checkpoint arrival time and the time series prediction of congestion at the security checkpoint, privilege information to be issued to the airport user and its validity period. A privilege issuing unit issues, to the airport user, the privilege information determined by the privilege determining unit.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an information processing apparatus, a notification method, and a non-transitory computer readable medium that can contribute to relief from congestion in an airport facility. The information processing apparatus includes: an acquisition unit configured to acquire a position of a user and reservation information of an aircraft which the user plans to board; a calculation unit configured to calculate, based on the reservation information, a travel time including a spare time for a scheduled boarding time of the aircraft corresponding to a mode of transportation and a travel route from the position to a scheduled boarding place of the aircraft; and a notification unit configured to notify the user of the travel time corresponding to the mode of transportation and the travel route.

Abstract: An arrival time acquisition unit acquires a time at which a user has arrived at an airport. A length of stay information generation unit calculates a length of stay based on the time at which the user has arrived and a scheduled boarding time of an aircraft on which the user is scheduled to board and generates length of stay information including the length of stay. A behavioral characteristic estimation unit estimates a behavioral characteristic of the user based on the generated length of stay information and a behavioral characteristic table. A benefit determination unit refers to a benefit information table and determines benefit information to be distributed to the user based on the estimated behavioral characteristic. A benefit transmission unit transmits the determined benefit information to a terminal apparatus carried by the user.
