摘要： The invention relates to a nutritional composition comprising(a) at least 18 en % of proteinaceous matter, said proteinaceous matter comprising whey;(b) at least 12 wt % of leucine, based on total proteinaceous matter; and(c) a lipid fraction comprising at least a ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid selected from the group of eicosapentaenoic acid, docosahexaenoic acid, eicosatetraenoic acid and docosapentaenoic acid for improving the muscle function in a mammal, for improving daily activity, for improving physical performance, for providing a better prognosis in terms of extended life-expectancy, for improving compliance to an anti-cancer therapy or for improving a quality of life.
