摘要: An antenna apparatus includes an antenna element, a switch with a common terminal that is electrically connected to the antenna element side, a first signal path provided between a first input/output terminal of the switch and a first communication circuit, and a second signal path provided between a second input/output terminal of the switch and a second communication circuit. The first signal path includes a radio-frequency circuit and a phase shifter, and the RF circuit has an impedance that is open or shorted in a second frequency band as seen from the antenna element side. In a state in which the first input/output terminal and the second input/output terminal are both electrically connected to the common terminal, the phase shifter provides a phase shift, and the impedance in the second frequency band of the first signal path as seen from the common terminal is open.

摘要: A phase shifter module includes a base material, a common terminal, and individual terminals, the common terminal and the individual terminals being provided at the base material. Inside the base material, phase shifters that are connected between the individual terminals and the common terminal, respectively, are provided. The phase shifters each include a primary coil and a secondary coil that is coupled to the primary coil by magnetic field coupling and define a transformer phase shifter. With this configuration, a phase shifter module for use with SAW filters while reducing or preventing interference among the SAW filters, a multiplexer/demultiplexer that includes the phase shifter module, and a communication apparatus that includes the phase shifter module, are obtained.

摘要: A mobile wireless terminal includes a metal casing, a printed wiring board disposed in the metal casing and including a ground conductor thereon, the ground conductor defining a ground plane for both a power supply circuit and an antenna, a capacitor connected to the metal casing and the ground conductor, and an overcurrent protective element connected to the metal casing and the ground conductor and having an operating voltage higher than a maximum instantaneous value of a commercial power supply voltage. A capacitance of the overcurrent protective element may be smaller than a capacitance of the capacitor. The capacitor may be a multilayer ceramic capacitor, and the overcurrent protective element may be a discharge gap overcurrent protective element.
