摘要: An installing environment estimation device (10) includes: a data acquisition unit (11) to acquire data collected by an apparatus such as a sensor and camera of a mobile terminal carried by a maintenance personnel member to a building site, the data concerning an installation place of equipment which is installed at the building site; a feature quantity extraction unit (12) to extract a feature quantity of the acquired data; and an installing environment estimation unit (13) to estimate an installing environment of the equipment based on a classification model, by collating the feature quantity of the data with the classification model. The classification model is set for an item of the feature quantity of an individual apparatus. A range that the feature quantity which expresses an installing environment of equipment can have is set in the classification model.

摘要: A result acquisition unit (130) obtains, for each candidate setting, a simulation result of a case where a candidate setting is applied to the one or more units of equipment. A satisfaction level calculation unit (140) calculates, for each candidate setting, a satisfaction level on a basis of the simulation result. A constraint level calculation unit (150) calculates, for each candidate setting, a constraint level on a basis of the simulation result. A candidate optimization unit (160) judges superiority/inferiority of a plurality of candidate settings on a basis of the satisfaction level of each candidate setting and the constraint level of each candidate setting, and optimizes the plurality of candidate settings on a basis of a judgment result, thereby generating a plurality of new candidate settings. A selection unit selects an applicable setting from the plurality of new candidate settings. A control unit applies the applicable setting to equipment.

摘要: In the present invention, unauthorized access from outside a facility to a device disposed inside the facility is detected by effectively using the output from a mirror port of a network switch. A gateway device has: a monitored data acquisition unit for saving in a monitored data storage unit, as monitored data, packet data that is outputted from a mirror port of a switch, the packet data being outputted from a device being monitored; an unauthorized access detection unit for detecting unauthorized access by determining whether the monitored data is abnormal on the basis of a comparison between the monitored data and assessment rules; and an unauthorized access notification unit for notifying a server of a monitoring center, which is connected to an external network via an external communication unit, that unauthorized access has been detected.
