Abstract: An image enhancement system comprises a scanning device comprising a photosensor element having a plurality of different color channels. The system also comprises an exposure control module configured to vary an exposure time of the plurality of different color channels to generate at least two different exposure level scans of a media object. The system further comprises an imaging application configured to generate an enhanced scanned image of the media object using image data obtained from the at least two different exposure level scans.
