摘要： A handheld palpation device for remote medical examination comprises a handle to apply pressure to a patient's body using a palpation head. The handle includes an interior space and an opening to the interior space. The palpation head fits inside the opening on one end, and the other end comprises a round pliable head configured to contact the body of the patient when pressure is applied. A pressure pad positioned in the interior space derives electrical pressure data when pressure is applied. A sensor chip in the interior space receives the electrical pressure data from the pressure pad, calculates one or more quantitative pressure measurements, and transmits the quantitative measurements to a communications chip connected to the sensor chip which communicates the quantitative pressure measurements to an external device for analysis using machine learning to provide a clinical assessment using the pressure measurements.
