    Abstract: Tool implements are provided for use in manipulating of target substrates and materials, such as soil, plant or vegetable matter, and other materials. The tools include a body portion, a retaining strap and an aperture formed therebetween. All or a portion of one or more fingers of a human hand may be inserted through the aperture.
