    摘要: A system and method for use with a gaming system operating in a casino environment utilizes a plurality of player terminals networked to a game optimization server. The game optimization server provides or allows a player to access multiple games on each player terminal and stores in memory a record of the games played on each player terminal 1. A player may access a first terminal and request a map of the casino environment. The first terminal may be a first player terminal or other device connected to the network. The request is sent to the game optimization server which sends data related to a physical arrangement of the player terminals, and to the games recently played on the player terminals in a local area, to the first terminal. The first terminal displays to the player a map showing the physical arrangement of the player terminals and a game played on each of the player terminals. The map may include an indication of which player terminals 1 are currently being played and which are not being played.

    摘要: Described is a method for enabling a technician to open a door of a gaming machine without needing a physical key using a gaming system having a biometric controlled door lock. The method includes: enabling the technician to scan a barcode on the gaming machine using a camera on a mobile device; sending the image of the barcode via a network to a server; determining a gaming machine ID using the barcode decoding module, wherein the gaming machine ID is used by a gaming machine ID database to determine which gaming machine has been scanned; enabling a picture to be taken of a technician that has presented itself to the camera of the mobile device; transmitting the picture of the technician; using facial recognition software to identify the technician and authorize the technician's corresponding employee ID; receiving a mobile device identifier that is transmitted from the mobile device to the biometric lock component; enabling receipt of a technician's personal identification number that is transmitted from the mobile device to the biometric lock component; after the gaming machine receives an unlock signal, causing the door solenoid to unlock the door; wherein four credentials are passed to the biometric lock component to unlock the door solenoid, the four credentials including the employee ID, the mobile device identifier, the gaming machine ID, and the technician's personal identification number.

    摘要: Various embodiments disclosed herein are directed to a gesture enhanced game play system that includes a display system, a sensor system, a feedback system, and one or more computing systems. The sensor system is configured to detect at least one touch gesture when the touch gesture is at least proximate the virtual game layout. During play of the base game, when a player makes a touch gesture the touch gesture is evaluated as either a direct gameplay touch gesture or an indirect gameplay touch gesture. Each direct gameplay touch gesture relates directly to reaching an outcome of a current game. Each indirect gameplay touch gesture may be associated with a feedback system that responds to the indirect gameplay touch gestures by the player with visual, audio, and/or tactile feedback. The feedback system enables indirect gameplay touch gestures by the player to altered game parameters by modifying a hit frequency and corresponding prize pay range, enabling the player to indirectly modify the hit frequency and prize pay range by making indirect gameplay touch gestures. The sensor system is configured to detect multiple touch gestures, wherein gestures include simultaneous touches by multiple fingers, consecutive touches by a single finger, touching and sliding of a finger, touching and sliding of multiple fingers, and combinations thereof.

    摘要: A bitrate control and management system enables control of the compression module. In one embodiment, the system comprises a server in communication with a client device over a network. The server includes a processor and a compression module. The processor outputs data and one or more bitrate control commands to the compression module. The compression module encodes the data received from the processor according to the one or more bitrate control commands. In one embodiment, the data output by the processor may be rendered by another processor prior to being received by the compression module. Once encoded, the data is sent to the client device over the network. The client device includes a decompression module that receives and decodes the data received from the server. The client device may include a display and a video encoder that encodes the decoded data into a display signal compatible with the display.
