摘要: A method for producing a transformer core with layers of core laminations includes forming at least one core lamination of at least two segmental laminations. An end region of a first segmental lamination has a straight crosscut edge. The straight crosscut edge of the first segmental lamination together with a corresponding straight crosscut edge of an end region of a second segmental lamination forms a form-locking straight abutting edge. The straight abutting edge is at an angle relative to the longitudinal direction of the end region of one of the segmental laminations of the first core lamination. Using core laminations having different angular orientations of the abutting edges, avoids magnetic losses such as those occurring when using conventional layering techniques. Simultaneously, an intermediate space created by conventional layering techniques between individual core lamination packs can be minimized, and thereby susceptibility to corrosion can likewise be reduced or completely avoided.

摘要: An electrical winding body includes an electrically conductive winding and an insulation surrounding the winding. The surrounding insulation surrounds the entire winding and forms a mechanically stable winding body. At least one continuous channel having an opening in the electrical winding body is disposed inside the winding body. An extension element is placed in the openings of the continuous channels to elongate the channels beyond the dimensions of the electrical winding body, thus providing for improved cooling. Side elements are additionally attached on the outer wall of the electrical winding body to create an intermediate space which forms a new cooling channel that produces an additional cooling effect due to an air current created by the chimney effect.

摘要: An electrical winding contains a metallic winding conductor forming individual windings. The metallic winding conductor contains a metallic conductor and an electrically insulating material surrounding the metallic conductor. An insulation inside the electrical winding can be ensured in a targeted manner by combining an electrically insulating material with a metal oxide layer surrounding the metallic winding conductor, according to the maximum electric strength required inside the electrical winding. In this way, a reduced-size electrical winding can be produced with improved heat properties. An electrical insulation of a metallic electric conductor is further described.
