Abstract:
In a process for cleaning beverage filling plants, one or more beverage filling devices (30) including a filling head (32) inside a beverage filling chamber (20) of the beverage filling line (20) are rinsed during the operation of the beverage filling line continuously or intermittently with an aqueous, hygienically non-hazardous cleaning agent (110), present at ambient temperature. Preferably, in addition, vessels (48) which, in the beverage filling chamber (40a) are filled with a beverage (35) and/or a conveyer device (6) for conveying the vessels to the beverage filling chamber (20), are rinsed continuously or intermittently with the cleaning agent (110). The cleaning agent preferably has disinfectant activity.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to electrochemically treated water, obtainable by means of a method that is characterized by the following steps: a) electrolyzing water and b) reducing the concentrations of the oxidants created in step a). The electrochemically treated water obtained in this manner is characterized by a disinfecting effect on bacteria, bacterial spores, fungi, fungal spores, viruses, prions, or mixtures thereof. The invention further relates to water, characterized in that the same has a disinfecting effect on bacteria, bacterial spores, fungi, fungal spores, viruses, algae, prions, or mixtures thereof, that it is substantially free of disinfection agents with the exception of the oxidants related to the disinfection agents, and that it has a total concentration of oxidants of less than 20 ppm.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for physical plant treatment by means of electrostatic charge, wherein a transfer of the electrostatic charge takes place via water treated by way of an influence process, wherein the water comprises water clusters having an electron deficit due to the treatment by means of an influence process, wherein the water treated by means of an influence process can be obtained by the following process steps: Introducing the water to be treated into a galvanic element, Aligning the charges and free electrons in the electric field, Separating the charges by motion and by the influence resulting therefrom and Collecting and discharging the de-electronized positively-charged fraction. The method for physical plant treatment allows comprehensive and effective control of fungal diseases, simultaneously avoiding toxicological impact on the environment.

Abstract:
Electrochemically-treated water having an electron deficiency is described, which may be attained by a process comprising the following steps: a) Electrolysing water, b) Withdrawing a portion of the catholyte from the system, and c) Introducing the remaining catholyte into the anodic chamber.
