摘要： In a cigarette filter-plug rod-making apparatus in which filter material is continuously wrapped in a garniture to form a continuous rod, adhesive is applied to the wrapper web before it enters the garniture at a metered rate either by a pasting wheel for starch or by a gun for polyvinyl acetate.
