摘要: A vehicular vision system includes a rearward-viewing camera disposed at a vehicle and viewing at least rearward of the vehicle. The rearward-viewing camera connects with a control via a cable. The cable carries control data from the control to the rearward-viewing camera and carries image data captured by the rearward-viewing camera from the rearward-viewing camera to the control. The control generates an output provided to a video display device of the vehicle. The video display device includes a video display screen viewable by a driver of the vehicle. During a reversing maneuver of the vehicle, the video display screen displays video images of an area rearward the vehicle derived from image data captured by the rearward-viewing camera and carried to the control by the cable. Image data captured by the rearward-viewing camera is processed at an image processor to detect an object present rearward of the vehicle.

摘要: A vehicular vision system includes forward viewing camera and a rear camera each having a respective field of view exterior of the vehicle. Each of the cameras has an LVDS chip and connects with a control via a respective mono coaxial cable. Each mono coaxial cable carries via LVDS image data captured by the respective camera. Image data captured by the forward viewing camera and carried to the control by the respective mono coaxial cable is processed at the control for object detection. The control generates an output provided to a video display device of the vehicle, the video display device having a video display screen viewable by a driver of the vehicle. The video display screen displays video images of an area rearward of the vehicle derived from image data captured by the rear camera and carried to the control by the respective mono coaxial cable.

摘要: A driver assistance system of a vehicle includes at least one vehicle environmental sensor having a field of sensing exterior of the vehicle. A sensor data processor is operable to process sensor data captured by the sensor. When the vehicle is operated, the sensor data processor receives captured sensor data that is representative of the vehicle surrounding scene. The sensor data processor fuses the sensor data with map data to generate an annotated master map of the scene captured by the sensor. A display device is operable to display information for viewing by a driver of the vehicle. The displayed information is derived at least in part from the annotated master map and is displayed for viewing by the driver of the vehicle who is executing a maneuver of the vehicle.

摘要: A vehicular vision system includes front, rear, driver-side camera and passenger-side cameras each having a respective field of view exterior of the vehicle. Each of the cameras connects with a central video/image processor via a respective mono coaxial cable. Image data captured by the imaging sensor of each camera is carried as captured to the central video/image processor via said the respective mono coaxial cable as a Low Voltage Differential Signal (LVDS). The central video/image processor generates an output provided to a video display device of the vehicle, with the video display device having a video display screen viewable by a driver of the vehicle. The video display screen is operable to display a birds-eye view of an area around the vehicle. The birds-eye view of the area around the vehicle is derived, at least in part, from image data captured by the imaging sensors of the cameras.

摘要: A driver assistance system for a vehicle includes at least one camera disposed at the vehicle and having an exterior field of view at least in a direction of forward travel of the vehicle. A control includes an image processor operable to process image data captured by the camera. At least in part responsive to image processing of captured image data, the control determines a projected driving path of the vehicle and the width thereof. At least in part responsive to image processing of captured image data, the control detects an object that is ahead of the vehicle and determines the detected object's location in the camera's exterior field of view. Responsive to the determined width of the projected driving path and to the determined location of the detected object, the control is operable to determine if there is sufficient clearance for the vehicle to pass the detected object.

摘要: A vision system for a vehicle includes multiple cameras disposed at a vehicle each having a field of view exterior of the vehicle. A display device is operable to display, for viewing by a driver of the vehicle, at least one of (a) video images captured by at least some of the cameras and (b) a composite image formed from image data captured by at least some of the cameras. The image data captured by at least some of the cameras is sent to a central video/image processor and the sent image data is substantially unmodified and is as captured by the respective ones of the camera or cameras. At least one of the cameras may have a tunable lens. The camera may provide almost raw image data to the display device and a graphic engine may run as a routine at the display device.

摘要: A vehicular control system determines a planned path of travel for a vehicle along a traffic lane in which the vehicle is traveling on a road. The system determines a respective target speed for waypoints along the planned path that represents a speed the vehicle should travel when passing through the respective waypoint. The system determines a speed profile for the vehicle to travel at as the vehicle travels along the planned path, with at least two different speeds being based on a difference in target speeds of at least two consecutive respective waypoints of the plurality of waypoints. The system determines an acceleration profile for the vehicle to follow as it changes from one speed to another speed of the speed profile. The system controls the vehicle to maneuver the vehicle along the planned path in accordance with the determined speed and acceleration profiles.

摘要: A vehicular lighting control system includes a controller configured to be disposed at a vehicle and operable to control interior lighting of the vehicle, with the interior lighting including (i) an interior light of the vehicle and/or (ii) a backlighting light of a display of the vehicle. The controller adjusts color of the interior lighting for different driving conditions. During daytime, the controller adjusts color of the interior lighting of the vehicle to follow a daytime color scheme. Responsive to a navigation input, the controller determines if an input destination has an estimated arrival time of the vehicle after daytime. Responsive to determination that the estimated arrival time of the vehicle is after daytime, the controller maintains the daytime color scheme for the interior lighting of the vehicle until the vehicle arrives at the input destination after daytime.
