摘要： A source of light comprising a first tube comprising a first lumen sealed by a distal cap and a proximal cap a plurality of LED sources having each a front, light-emitting side and a back side, the back side of the LED sources being attached to an outer surface of the first tube, a second tube having a proximal end and a distal end, the second tube passing through the proximal cap such that the distal end of the second tube opens within the first lumen closer to the distal cap than to the proximal cap, and the proximal end of the second tube opens outside of the proximal cap; and at least one third tube passing through the proximal cap.
