    摘要: A sliding door sensor employs two arrays of IR emitters which are pulsed to provide an approach detection zone and a threshold detection zone. Radiation reflected from the detection zones is converted to signals which are processed in microprocessors. The sensor periodically automatically adjusts for changes in background. Both presence and motion detection is provided. The sensor also detects dark objects.

    摘要: An automatic control system for controlling the operation of a sliding door system employs an electric motor for driving the sliding door system. An encoder is mounted to the shaft of the motor for generating signals which are decoded to detect the operational position of the sliding door system. A clock paced sequential logic circuit produces speed and directions signals in accordance with the detected operational position to control the speed and direction of the electric motor. Means are provided for recording the last stop position and slowing the sliding door system prior to reaching the last stop position. Safety means are provided to de-energize the motor in the event of malfunction of the motor speed control. The system also includes a reduced opening stop feature and a means for automatically establishing a sliding door reference position.

    摘要: A exit bar for securing a door has a housing adapted for mounting to a door. A push pad for receiving a push force is mounted to the housing. A latch extends from the housing to releasably latch the door to which the exit bar is mounted. A link system links the push pad to the latch so that a push force exerted on the push pad releases the latch. An electromagnetic disposed in the housing causes an armature to engage the link system to retract the latch. The exit bar further dogs the latch in the unlatched position as long as the power control system for the electromagnet receives an operate signal and for a preestablished delay time after the operate signal has been removed.

    摘要: A door security system for controlling access through a door of a secured area by controlling a lock status of an associated locking unit of the door. The system includes an operator that operates the locking unit of the door, a key pad, a magnetic card reader, and a contact activatable data port. A data processor is responsive to the magnetic card reader, the data port, and the keypad for controlling the operator. Each of the keypad, the magnetic card reader, and the contact activatable data port can manipulate the lock status of the locking unit of the door. The data processor further comprises link means for requiring multiple entries for implementing the lock status of the door.

    摘要: A sensor system for an automatic sliding door employs multiple sensor modules. Each of the sensor modules includes both a presence sensor and a motion sensor. In addition, each of the sensor units includes switches for adjusting the size of the presence zone, for selecting either a continuous or a triggered scan mode and for selecting an operating phase to prevent interference. The sensor units are generally mounted above the threshold of the doorway and their opeations are synchronized to provide both a traffic sensor and a safety sensor for a sliding door system.
