    Abstract: An antenna assembly includes a first layer realized as a dielectric substrate formed of a transparent dielectric material, and a second layer formed in a metal mesh shape on one surface of the dielectric substrate. The second layer includes a metal mesh radiator region configured with metal lines that realize an atypical mesh shape having a specific line-width or smaller in such a manner as to transmit and receive a wireless signal and an open area, and a dummy metal mesh region configured with metal lines and slits that realize an atypical mesh shape having a specific line-width or smaller.

The electronic device may comprise: an antenna disposed on a substrate disposed inside the electronic device and operable to resonate in a plurality of frequency bands; and a feeding unit disposed on the substrate and composed of a feeding line feeding a signal to the antenna and a ground line operating as a ground. The antenna may comprise: a first radiator in which a first metal pattern connected to the feeding line and a second metal pattern connected to the ground line are formed in a first axial direction of the substrate; and a second radiator in which a third metal pattern connected to the feeding line is formed in a second axial direction of the substrate.

    Abstract: A mobile terminal, comprising of a terminal body having a front surface, a rear surface, and side surfaces extending from end portions of the rear surface toward the front surface, the terminal body being made of a metal, a lower module coupled to a lower end of the terminal body and externally exposed to operate as a radiator of an antenna apparatus and a non-metal member interposed between the terminal body and the lower module and forming a slot by spacing the terminal body and the lower module apart from each other, and wherein the antenna apparatus comprises first and second antenna resonating different frequency bands wherein the first antenna and the second antenna comprise a first feeder and a second feeder, respectively, connected to a main printed circuit board provided in the terminal body and generating the electric fields on the first slot and the second slot, respectively, and wherein the lower module comprises first and second member and a connecting portion connecting end portions of the first and second members each other, and wherein the first member is exposed to the front surface of the terminal body, the second member is exposed to the rear surface of the terminal body, and wherein the connecting portion, the first and second members are made of a metal.

    Abstract: A mobile terminal can include a frame including a middle portion and an edge portion that includes conductive members and is located outside of the middle portion; a slot antenna including a slot with an open end, at least one of the conductive members, a ground unit and the middle portion of the frame; a display unit on a front surface of the middle portion; and a heat radiation sheet between a back surface of the display unit and the front surface of the middle portion, in which the back surface includes a first region overlapping the middle portion of the frame, a second region located outside of an edge of the middle portion of the frame without overlapping the middle portion, a third region overlapping the heat radiation sheet, and a fourth region including part of the second region that overlaps the slot without overlapping the heat radiation sheet.
