Abstract: A watch-type mobile terminal includes a display unit, and a control unit configured to receive a request for an operation in a digital clock mode, in a state of operating in an analog clock mode representing current time, using a hour hand and a minute hand, to display a digital number representing an hour and a minute, in response to the received request, and to control movements of the hour hand and the minute hand to represent a second hand in a state that the hour hand and the minute hand are overlapped with each other.
