Abstract: There is provided a driving device that provides an exercise load to the user to enable strength exercise, and exercise equipment including the same. A driving device according to one aspect of the present disclosure, which winds a portion of a cable part and provides the cable part with an exercise load against an external force applied to the cable part, may include: a stator disposed on the outer side of a motor shaft in a circumferential direction; a rotor positioned on the outer side of the stator in the circumferential direction to be rotated by the stator, and coupled to the motor shaft to rotate together with the motor shaft; and a rotor sprocket formed along the outer surface of the motor shaft at the end thereof to rotate together with the motor shaft; a bobbin installed to be rotatable around a bobbin shaft and configured to wind a portion of the cable part therearound; and a timing belt connecting the rotor sprocket and the bobbin to transmit the rotation force of the rotor sprocket to the bobbin.
