Abstract: A display device including a display unit having a display panel and a camera; a posture adjustment driving unit configured to adjust a posture of the display unit; and a controller configured to control the camera to capture a first image of a viewer viewing the display unit when the display unit is positioned at a first height, control the posture adjustment driving unit to move the display unit to a second height different than the first height, control the camera to capture a second image of the viewer viewing the display unit when the display unit is positioned at the second height, correct at least one of the first image and the second image based on orientation information of the display unit on capturing the first image and the second image, generate a 3D body mesh of the viewer using the first image and the second image, calculate a viewer-optimized display unit posture setting based on the 3D body mesh, and control the posture adjustment driving unit to move the display unit to a height corresponding to the viewer-optimized display unit posture setting.
