Abstract: Provided according to an embodiment are a carbon electrode material and a method for preparing same. The method comprises the steps: mixing a carbon precursor powder, a molding powder, and a metal precursor powder to form a mixed powder; and thermally treating the mixed powder to form a nitrogen-doped carbon composite, wherein: the molding powder includes a metal-organic framework (MOF); the carbon precursor powder is contained in an amount of 10 wt % to 20 wt % on the basis of the total mixed powder; the molding powder is contained in an amount of 50 wt % to 80 wt % on the basis of the total mixed powder; the metal precursor powder is contained in an amount of 0.1 wt % to 5 wt % on the basis of the total mixed powder; and the carbon composite has a monoatomic or nanometer-unit sized metal located therein.

Abstract: A triboelectric generator is disclosed. The triboelectric generator according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a flexible electrode part comprising a first and a second dielectric layer, and at least one metal layer; and a fixed electrode part spaced apart from both sides of the flexible electrode part, and comprising a first and a second electrode connected to each other, wherein the flexible electrode part generates triboelectrification based on contact and non-contact by a fluid flow, and an electric charge moves through the metal layer, thereby effectively moving electric charges generated by triboelectrification, and increasing the friction frequency to enhance power generation efficiency.

Abstract: Disclosed is a water treatment device such as a water purifier. In particular, a water treatment device capable of producing sterilizing water is disclosed. The device includes a sterilizing water producing module for electrolyzing raw water to produce sterilizing water, wherein the sterilizing water producing module includes a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes arranged alternately with each other and spaced from each other, wherein the first and second electrodes have opposite polarities to each other, wherein a polarity of each of the first electrode and the second electrode is switchable to between a positive potential and a negative potential, such that the sterilizing water producing module operates such that a positive potential operation and a negative potential operation are alternately repeated, wherein a magnitude of voltage or current applied to the sterilizing water producing module under the negative potential operation is smaller than a magnitude of voltage or current applied to the module under the positive potential operation.
