摘要: An ionic wind generator and an electronic device having a heat dissipation function using the same are proposed. The ionic wind generator includes: a power module (80); a first electrode (70) configured to receive power from the power module (80) by being connected to the power module (80) to become an emitter electrode; and a second electrode (75) spaced apart from the first electrode (70) and grounded at the same time of being connected to the power module (80) to become a counter electrode. In addition, the first electrode (70) is configured as a carbon brush including multiple carbon fibers. Accordingly, in the ionic wind generator (50) of the present disclosure, the emitter electrode is configured as the carbon brush having multiple carbon fibers.

摘要: An electronic device having heat dissipation function is proposed. The electronic device includes: a heating element (60) installed in a casing (C); a heat dissipation means (70) causing an ionic wind to flow into an inner space (S) of the casing (C); and a heat dissipation bridge (95). The heat dissipation bridge (95) exchanges heat with the ionic wind flowing in the inner space (S) by protruding in a direction of the heating element (60) and at least a portion of the heat dissipation bridge is connected to a heat sink and transfers heat received from the heating element (60) to the heat sink. Accordingly, two means of the heat dissipation means (70) and the heat dissipation bridge (95) simultaneously cool the heating element (60), so cooling efficiency is improved.

摘要: An electronic device having a heat dissipation function is proposed. The electronic device includes: a heating element (20); a shield can (30) covering the heating element (20) to block electromagnetic waves; and a heat dissipation means (50) provided to be adjacent to the heating element (20) and causing an ionic wind to flow into a shielded space (32) of an inner part of the shield can (30). Here, the heat dissipation means (50) includes: a wire electrode (70) provided to be adjacent to an entrance of the shielded space (32) of the shield can (30) and becoming an emitter electrode; and a power module (80) connected to the wire electrode (70) and applying voltage to the wire electrode (70), wherein the shield can (30) is grounded at the same time of being connected to the power module (80) and becomes a collector electrode.
