Abstract: Disclosed are a cushion plate and a display device including the same. The cushion plate includes an impact-absorbing layer disposed on a back surface of a display panel, a first metal layer disposed on upper portion of the impact-absorbing layer, and a second metal layer formed on upper portion of the first metal layer and having a higher thermal conductivity than the first metal layer. The impact-absorbing layer, the first metal layer, and the second metal layer have a first curvature area, and at least one perforated pattern is defined in an area of the first metal layer corresponding to the first curvature area.
