摘要: This invention relates to a method for producing dental prostheses, having the steps of:
A) producing a prosthetic base with at least one receptacle and one protruding pin or providing such a prosthetic base;
B) producing or basally machining at least one dental molding with a basal cavity for receiving the pin and a lateral opening in the circumferential surface, such that the basal cavity is accessible via the lateral opening;
C) subsequently applying an adhesive into the basal cavity and/or into the at least one receptacle;
D) subsequently inserting the at least one dental molding into the at least one receptacle of the prosthetic base, such that the protruding pin is arranged inside the basal cavity;
E) subsequently pushing the at least one dental molding into the at least one receptacle, and excess adhesive exiting through the lateral opening in the circumferential surface, wherein the lateral opening protrudes at least in places in the coronal direction beyond an adjoining gingival margin of the prosthetic base; and
F) subsequently curing the adhesive.
The disclosure also relates to a device for producing dental prostheses using such a method, to a dental molding and to a dental prosthesis produced using such a method.-

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a plastics body with patterned layers for producing dental prostheses having the steps:
method for production, wherein the method is characterized by the following steps:
A) providing a first and a second PMMA-based compound which are uncured and have different colorations;
B) heating of a first patterned pressing surface to between 90° C. and 150° C.;
C) pressing of the first PMMA-based compound with the heated first pressing surface, such that a patterned surface of the first PMMA-based compound is obtained;
D) detachment of the first pressing surface;
E) heating of the first or of a second patterned pressing surface to between 90° C. and 150° C.;
F) pressing of the second PMMA-based compound with the heated pressing surface, such that a patterned surface of the second PMMA-based compound is obtained;
G) detachment of the pressing surface;
H) subsequent laying of the patterned first and second PMMA-based compounds on one another such that the patterned surface of the second PMMA-based compound is oriented toward the patterned surface of the first PMMA-based compound; and
I) compression molding of the first with the second patterned PMMA-based compound, such that a solid bond is created between the first PMMA-based compound and the second PMMA-based compound.
The invention also relates to a device for implementing such a method.-

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a dental prosthesis with:
A) provision of a milling body and a prosthesis base preform with a holding structure (34);
B) production of a connecting surface in the milling body by a subtractive CAM method;
C) production of mating holding structure which fits with the holding structure in the surface of the milling body or said mating holding structure is present;
D) attachment, spaced via the holding structure, of the prosthesis base preform to the mating holding structure, wherein an interspace is obtained;
E) introduction or application of a fluid polymerizable plastic into the interspace;
F) curing or partial curing of the plastic to yield a plastics material in the interspace which connects the prosthesis base preform to the milling body; and
G) subtractive machining of the plastics material, the prosthesis base preform and the milling body by a CAM method in accordance with a model of the dental prosthesis.
The invention also relates to a dental prosthesis produced with such a method and a device for implementing such a method.-

摘要: The invention relates to a method for positioning and machining prosthetic teeth, comprising the following method steps: (a) at least two clamping jaws with peripheral recesses are placed with the peripheral recesses against a prefabricated prosthetic tooth or against prefabricated prosthetic teeth, such that, at least in certain regions, the placed clamping jaws enclose the prosthetic tooth or the prosthetic teeth respectively around a middle circumference, wherein, at least in certain regions, the inner surfaces of the recesses positive fit regions of the outer surfaces of the prosthetic tooth or the prosthetic teeth, wherein the clamping jaws are placed against the prosthetic tooth or the prosthetic teeth in such a manner that the coronal end and the basal end of the prosthetic tooth or the coronal ends and the basal ends of the prosthetic teeth project on both sides of the placed-together clamping jaws; and (b) fastening the clamping jaws to one another. The invention also relates to a kit for performing such a method and a device for holding prosthetic teeth.
