摘要: A plasma torch has a torch body provided with a plurality of stacked torch body segments disposed between a rear electrode unit and a front electrode unit. The torch body forms a circular channel through which gas flows in an axial direction. Each torch body segment has a circular disc shape in which a central circular through-hole is formed to form the channel. Each segment includes gas supply ports defining a spiral-shaped flow path along the through hole on a first side of the segment so as to introduce a reactive gas, a cooling flow path, a cooling water supply flow path, a cooling water discharge flow path, a gas supply flow path, a gas branch flow path, a cooling water supply branch flow path, and a cooling water discharge branch flow path.

The safety cover structure includes: a cover portion rotatably installed on a body protection concrete slab to cover a cavity where a reactor pressure container is located; a driving portion configured to rotate the cover portion relative to the cavity; an opening and closing portion that is installed on the cover portion and is configured to allow materials resulting from cutting and dismantling of the reactor pressure container to move therethrough; a fire extinguishing portion configured to extinguish a fire generated inside the cover portion; a dose sensor installed in the cover portion and configured to measure a radiation dose emitted from the reactor pressure container; and an alarm portion configured to receive a sensing signal from the dose sensor and provide an alarm when the measured radiation dose exceeds a predetermined value.

摘要: A device for removing shielding balls from calandria of a heavy water reactor is provided. The device includes a head for moving the shielding balls positioned inside of an end shield of the calandria to an outside of the end shield; and a mover for moving the head to the end shield of the calandria. The head includes a head body, an opening former installed on the head body and configured to form an opening in the end shield, and a gate installed on the head body and configured to control an amount of the shielding balls discharged to the outside through the opening.

摘要: Disclosed is a plasma torch with a structure capable of performing reversed polarity/straight polarity operation, wherein the plasma torch is coupled to a melter and melts a waste material such as radioactive waste or industrial waste by generating and sustaining a plasma arc between electrodes, the plasma torch including: a rear electrode provided inside a torch pipe and electrically connected to become one of an anode and a cathode; and a front electrode provided at a front end of the torch pipe at a position adjacent to a front end of the rear electrode and electrically connected to become a remaining one of the anode and the cathode, wherein electrical connections of the rear and front electrodes are switchable with each other so that the plasma torch operates as a reversed polarity plasma torch or a straight polarity plasma torch.
