摘要: A battery pack having a first cell unit and a second cell unit in which multiple battery cells are connected in series is provided. When the battery pack is not connected to an electric apparatus main body, the first cell unit and the second cell unit are in a non-connection state in which the first cell unit and the second cell unit are not electrically connected to each other. The battery pack includes: a microcomputer, connected to one of the first cell unit and the second cell unit; a residual quantity display portion, connected to the microcomputer and displaying a battery residual quantity of the battery pack; and a switch, being operated by a worker. When the switch is operated while in the non-connection state, the microcomputer is configured to perform a light-on control to display the battery residual quantity by the residual quantity display portion.

摘要: Provided are a battery pack and an electrical apparatus by which information can be transmitted at an appropriate timing from the battery pack to a device body. A battery pack (10) includes: a serial communication reception circuit (31) and a temperature information transmission circuit (32); an LS terminal that is selectively connected to the serial communication reception circuit (31) or the temperature information transmission circuit (32); a first switching circuit (21) that is provided between the LS terminal and the serial communication reception circuit (31) and the temperature information transmission circuit (32); and a V terminal that is connected to the first switching circuit (21). The first switching circuit (21) switches between connecting the serial communication reception circuit (31) or the temperature information transmission circuit (32) to the LS terminal according to a signal inputted from the V terminal.

摘要: Provided is a power supply device in which the reliability of a voltage output is improved, and also provided is a system comprising the power supply device and an electric tool. The power supply device (1) is provided with: a secondary battery cell (2a); an output unit connected to an electric tool and supplying the power of the secondary battery cell (2a) to the electric tool; and switching elements (Q1), (Q2) capable of interrupting a current path from the secondary battery cell (2a) to the electric tool. The switching element (Q1) switches whether or not to interrupt the current path not by being controlled by a control circuit (12) but in accordance with whether the electric tool connected to the output unit has a shorting bar (59) or not.

The wireless communication unit includes an antenna wire that is extended along the surface of the circuit board; a rubber sheet member is provided so as to cover the upper surface of the wireless communication unit; and a resin layer is formed so as to cover a soldered portion of an electronic element that is mounted in a region of the circuit board other than the rubber sheet member. The rubber sheet member is provided with a notch so as to expose the antenna wire portion to the outside.

摘要: A battery pack which has cell units in which top-side and bottom-side battery cells are connected in series, and is capable of switching the connection state of the cell units, wherein a control unit monitors voltage imbalances between the plurality of cell units, and also monitors whether or not a cell unit contact failure has occurred. In order to stop a charging/discharging when a contact failure occurs, a signal (abnormality stoppage signal or charging stoppage signal) for stopping discharge is produced and outputted to the electrical device body-side.

摘要: A power tool which brakes a motor without turning off a trigger switch when a trouble occurs in the motor is provided. The power tool (10) comprises: a motor (20) that rotates by supply of electricity from a power source (PS); a controller (38) for controlling the rotation of the motor; a switch (12) for switching on and off of power supply from the power source to the motor manually; first braking means (23) for braking the motor when the switch (12) is switched from on to off; and second braking means (23, 45) for braking the motor (20) on the basis of a prescribed signal from the controller when the switch (12) is in an on state.

摘要: A battery pack and an electric apparatus are provided. The battery pack is configured to be connectable to an electric apparatus main body of the electric apparatus. The battery pack includes: a first cell unit, including a first plurality of battery cells connected to each other, a first positive terminal, and a first negative terminal; a second cell unit, including a second plurality of battery cells connected to each other, a second positive terminal, and a second negative terminal; a microcomputer; and a casing, accommodating the first cell unit, the second cell unit, and the microcomputer. The first cell unit and the second cell unit are configured to be switched a connection state each other. The microcomputer is configured to be electrically connected to a positive terminal and a negative terminal of one of the first cell unit and the second cell unit and to be provided a power from the one of the first cell unit and the second cell unit.

摘要: An electrical apparatus includes a battery pack, an electrical apparatus main body and a control unit. The battery pack has a plurality of cell units of which connection states are able to be switched and a plurality of battery side connection terminals. The electrical apparatus main body has a battery pack mounting portion to which the battery pack is mounted, a plurality of device side connection terminals to which the plurality of battery side connection terminals are connectable, and a load device to which power is supplied from the battery pack. The control unit is configured to stop or limit power supply from the battery pack to the load device when a voltage imbalance is generated between the plurality of cell units or a contact failure is generated between the plurality of battery side connection terminals and the plurality of device side terminals.
