Abstract: An object of the present subject matter is to appropriately acquire and analyze a camera image for monitoring and to constantly monitor a monitoring target with high accuracy. A programmable logic controller (PLC) includes: an image processing section for sequentially acquiring the image data of the camera image from the camera sensor and generating characteristic amount data indicating a characteristic amount of image data in a preset monitoring region; a time-series data acquisition section for sequentially collecting characteristic amount data from the image processing section and acquiring time-series data of a characteristic amount; and a monitoring section for monitoring time-series data of a current characteristic amount acquired by the time-series data acquisition section in accordance with a monitoring timing defined by the device of the device memory.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to efficiently identify an abnormal device by analyzing and classifying characteristics such as periodicity and continuity of data related to each device. A programmable logic controller collects data held by a device as a collection target out of the plurality of devices in accordance with a predetermined collection setting for each scan cycle of the user program, classifies each of the devices into one of a plurality of types on the basis of a characteristic of the collected time-series data of each of the devices, and determines a detection algorithm used in identification of the device as an abnormal device in accordance with the time-series data of the device collected by the collection section and the type of the device classified by the classification section for each of the devices.

Abstract: A PLC collects a device value stored in any one of a plurality of devices and stores information relating to collecting time at which the device value is collected and the device value in association with each other in a first buffer. The PLC collects data input from a monitoring apparatus and stores information relating to acquiring time at which the data is acquired and the data in association with each other in a second buffer. A saving section saves, when a predetermined saving condition is satisfied, the device value and the information relating to the collecting time stored in the first buffer, and the data and the information relating to the acquiring time stored in the second buffer in correspondence with each other.
