摘要： Provided is a pressure damper (1) including: a main body portion (2) including: a recessed portion (3) having an opening portion (10) opened in an upper end portion; and a communication port (4) opened in an inner surface of the recessed portion to communicate to an outer region; and a flexible film (5) bonded to the upper end portion to close the opening portion. The upper end portion of the main body portion includes a bank (6) provided higher than an upper surface (HS) of the main body portion and surrounding the opening portion. The flexible film is bonded to an upper surface (DS) of the bank so that a bonding surface of the main body portion bonded to the flexible film is flat to improve a bonding strength and a sealing property between the flexible film and the main body portion.
