Abstract: A developing device includes a housing, a developing roller, a developer conveying section, and a conveying screw. The developing roller includes a stationary magnet, and a sleeve rotatable around the stationary magnet. The developing roller faces a photoconductive drum. The developer conveying section is disposed below the developing roller for circularly conveying developer therein. The conveying screw conveys developer to supply developer to the developing roller. The stationary magnet includes a separation pole for producing a magnetic field that causes separation of developer from the sleeve. The housing includes a standing wall disposed downstream of the developing position in a rotational direction of the sleeve and facing the developing roller. The standing wall is formed with at least one opening that faces the separation pole in a horizontal direction. The developing device further includes at least one filter section covering the at least one opening.

Abstract: A toner container includes a container main body, a rotation member, a flat plate-like lid member, a rib member, and a film member. The rotation member is rotatably provided in the container main body and extends in a depth direction of the container main body. The lid member closes an opening portion of the container main body in the depth direction. The rib member is provided on an inner surface of the lid member in such a way as to be located adjacent to the rotation member with a predetermined gap from the rotation member, and positions the lid member with respect to the opening portion. The film member is attached to the housing of the container main body such that one surface of the film member contacts the rib member and an opposite surface of the film member contacts an outer circumferential surface of the rotation member.

Abstract: An image forming apparatus includes a drum unit, a process frame, a lock member and an intermediate transferring unit. The drum unit rotatably supports a rotating shaft of a photosensitive drum. The process frame has an attachment part to which the drum unit is attached. The lock member positions the drum unit to the attachment part. The intermediate transferring unit is attached to the process frame after the drum unit is attached. The lock member has a supporting part, an engagement part and a restriction part. Though the supporting part, an end of the rotating shaft is passed. The engagement part is engaged with the process frame between the process frame and the intermediate transferring unit. The restriction part interferes with the intermediate transferring unit between the engagement part and the intermediate transferring unit to prevent the engagement part from being detached from the process frame.
