Abstract: Provided is a 3-dimensional (3D) scanning technique using a laser. The technique includes a laser outputting device configured to emit omni-directionally a laser beam output from a laser beam source in 360 degrees and a laser receiving device formed above or below the laser outputting device and configured to receive a laser beam reflected by an object which is located on a propagation path of a laser beam output from the laser outputting device.
