Abstract: The visibility of light is improved. A flow rate sensor device includes a substrate, sensor elements electrically connected to the substrate, light emitting elements positioned in a rear part of the sensor elements and disposed on a surface of the substrate, and light-transmissive cases internally accommodating the light emitting elements between the light-transmissive cases and the substrate. The light-transmissive cases have light diffusion members projecting from ceiling sections toward the light emitting elements, the light diffusion members have light incident surfaces facing the light emitting elements and wall surfaces connecting the light incident surfaces and the ceiling sections, and at least a part of the wall surfaces has a tilting surface having a dimension between the opposing wall surfaces, the dimension gradually increasing from a side close to the light incident surface toward the ceiling section.

Abstract: To provide an image display device configured to more faithfully display a projection image on a region where a physical quantity change has occurred. An image display device of the present invention includes a flow rate sensor and a screen on which an image from a projector is projected, and a control is performed such that the image is projected on the screen so as to include a position of the flow rate sensor that has detected the physical quantity change, and the image changes corresponding to a measured value change of the flow rate sensor. Preferably, a plurality of the physical quantity detection units are disposed, and the control is performed such that the image changes corresponding to the measured value changes in the respective physical quantity detection units.

Abstract: To provide a flow sensor having improved responsiveness compared to the prior art, the flow sensor of the present invention includes an insulation board, a flow-rate detection resistance element, and a temperature compensation resistance element. Each of the flow-rate detection resistance element and the temperature compensation resistance element is arranged on the insulation board such that a terminal temperature of the temperature compensation resistance element approaches a terminal temperature of the flow-rate detection resistance element. Accordingly, responsiveness can be improved.

Abstract: Provided is a flow sensor capable of suppressing deterioration in responsiveness and sensitivity to a flow of fluid even if chip resistors that are disposed on an insulating substrate are used as a heating resistor and a temperature compensating resistor. A flow sensor includes a signal processing part that processes signals from a heating resistor and a temperature compensating resistor. The heating resistor is a chip resistor disposed on a front surface of an insulating substrate made of resin, and the temperature compensating resistor is a back surface of the insulating substrate. The temperature compensating resistor is disposed on a heat radiation path of the heating resistor via the insulating substrate. The insulating substrate has reduced opportunities of contact between the temperature compensating resistor and wind than opportunities of contact between the heating resistor and the fluid.
