The invention is a single, integral device for carrying and securing any desired combination of equipment such as skis, boots and poles. The device includes a pair of cooperable body members one of which is contoured to receive skis and poles in the lower part of the body. A vertical stem section and upper body member provides for boot attachment and a hand grasp handle for holding the device during carrying. The basic configuration provides in one device the means for carrying skis, poles and boots. The invention has the additional novel feature of providing simultaneous means for securing, with one lock, any combination of ski equipment including skis, poles and boots. The unique physical relationship of the skis, poles and boots, while attached to the device, provides a stable, streamlined and beneficial center of gravity highly conducive to user safety and compact storage.

A device for wringing soiled baby diapers after the diaper has been cleaned of excess soiled materials in the bathroom water closet. This invention consists primarily of two wringer rollers secured to a main attachment frame which can be secured to the conventional standard bathroom water closet seat bolts. When the device is in place below the water closet seat the device does not interfere with customary water closet usage. When it is desired to use the Soiled Diaper Wringer Device the water closet seat and cover are rotated to the usual up position at which time the device is fully exposed for wringing a soiled diaper. This configuration features an outer roller that is mounted to the main attachment frame by a pivot bolt which allows the user to rotate the outer roller outward thereby providing space for diaper insertion. Resilient elastomer bands provide wringer squeezing pressure as the diaper is pulled through the rollers. The invention has the novel features of providing a highly sanitary and hygienic technique for treating soiled baby diapers while at the same time can be installed on existing or new bathroom water closets without interfering with normal customary toilet bowl usage. The unique physical relationship of the two rollers, combined with the pivot action of the other roller, together with single end roller mounting provide for simplicity and ease of installation and operation.This is a continuation of application Ser. A vehicle fuel economy energy conservation indicating device and process for use comprising an integrated instrument cluster functioning basically as a continuous computing mechanism. The speedometer distance traveled indicator mechanism is articulated with the fuel consumed indicating mechanism utilizing proportional and cooperable alignment elements such that a three variable equation computing mechanism is obtained. The three variables are distance traveled, quantity or fuel consumed and distance traveled per unit of fuel consumed. Fuel economy and energy conservation are achieved by operating the vehicle under such performance conditions as to produce the highest possible value for distance traveled per unit or fuel consumed. This device brings the operator's attention to focus upon fuel economy resulting in stimulation to conserving energy and achieving maximum fuel economy. Furthermore, the vehicle energy conservation indicating device is optionally adapted for recording these performance variables on a memory chart. The speedometer is optionally positioned concentric to the distance traveled indicating instrument and fuel indicating instruments with the fuel economy and energy conservation indicating device centrally located within these two conventional instrument indicators.Thus, this direct visual indication of actual fuel economy will stimulate and influence the operator to exercise planned management to achieve effective maintenance and efficient driving pattern habits. This device becomes the visual target point of the instrument panel along with the speedometer, thereby providing constant motivation to achieve maximum fuel economy by controlling two of the most influential factors effecting fuel economy: Vehicle maintenance and vehicle operator driving habits.

A vehicle energy conservation indicating device comprising an integrated instrument cluster functioning basically as a nomographic computing mechanism. The odometer distance traveled indicator computing mechanism is linked with the fuel indicating gauge mechanism such that a three variable equation computing mechanism is obtained. The three variables are distance traveled, quantity of fuel consumed and distance traveled per unit of fuel consumed. Energy conservation is achieved by operating the vehicle under such performance conditions as to produce the highest possible value for distance traveled per unit of fuel consumed. The instrument panel cluster brings the operator's attention to focus upon and continuously stimulated to conserving energy. Furthermore, the vehicle energy conservation indicating device can be adapted for recording these performance variables on tape type print out. The speedometer advises the vehicle operator when he is obeying or breaking the speed laws which are enforced and monitored by the police with specific punishment prescribed for violations of the law. At ths time there is no comparable procedure for enforcing vehicle energy conservation. Thus, this direct read out of distance traveled per unit of energy will moderate the operation in an analogous manner similar to subliminal advertising. This device becomes the focal point of the instrument panel along with the speedometer, thereby providing constant motivation to obey both the speed and energy conservation laws.
