    摘要: By analyzing the causative gene of tt19 mutants and elucidating the nature of the mutants, the present inventors found a novel gene as the causative gene and gave it the name TRANSPARENT TESTA (TT19) gene. The inventors cloned this gene and analyzed its DNA nucleotide sequence as well as the protein encoded by its DNA. The inventors also provided a transformed plant utilizing the nature of the identified causative gene.
