摘要: A computer implemented method for creating a prioritized global conversation thread in a data processing system comprising a processing device and a memory comprising instructions which are executed by the processing device, the method can comprise receiving a plurality of messages from a plurality of message channels; combining a plurality of subsets of the plurality of messages to form a plurality of conversation threads, wherein each subset of the plurality of messages forms one of a plurality of the plurality of conversation threads; extracting a plurality of important messages from the plurality of conversation threads, wherein at least one important message of the plurality of important messages is extracted from each of the plurality of conversation threads; storing the plurality of important messages; determining, for each of the plurality of important messages, a message priority; and displaying, to a user, the plurality of important messages based on the message priority.

摘要: A method for event identification including receiving event information pertaining to events occurring with respect to a computing environment, each event having a measurement metric; evaluating by a probability function the measurement metric for each event to determine when the measurement metric is above a predetermined probability threshold or below a probability threshold wherein above a probability threshold or below a probability threshold is classified as alarm data; processing the alarm data through a decision tree to determine based on historical data when the alarm data is significant or when the alarm data is not significant and to reduce the number of alarm data to a predetermined number of significant alarm data; and displaying the predetermined number of significant alarm data to a user.
