Abstract: A control method for synchronized video, a control system for synchronized video and an electronic apparatus thereof are provided. The control method for synchronized video includes the following steps. A video file corresponding to an operating instrument is obtained and displayed. Whether a control instruction corresponding to a current video frame of the displayed video file exists is determined. When the control instruction corresponding to the current video frame exists, the control instruction is obtained. Further, the control instruction is output to the operating instrument to control the operating instrument.
