摘要: An aerial vehicle securing system for use with a base portion of an aerial vehicle, comprising: at least one substantially flat platform for supporting said base portion upon landing of the vehicle thereon; at least one magnetizable element configured to be integrated in one of said platform or base portion; at least one electropermanent magnet configured to be integrated in another one of said platform or base portion, said electropermanent magnet configured for generating a magnetic field, so that upon a distance between said base portion and said platform reaching a pre-determined value during the landing of the vehicle on the platform, said magnetic field is configured to cause magnetizable element to be attracted to at least said one electropermanent magnet; and a power supply module configured for generating an electric current to said at least one electropermanent magnet for selectively generating and cancelling said magnetic field.

摘要: An aircraft pylon is provided, configured for mounting to the underside of an aircraft wing projecting from a fuselage and for carrying an external payload suspended therefrom. The pylon comprises an attachment mechanism configured for facilitating mounting of the pylon to the aircraft wing, and a carrying arrangement configured for carrying the payload and being pivotally articulated to the attachment mechanism. The pylon is configured to selectively pivot the carrying arrangement about a pylon axis between a vertical position in which it is suspended in a substantially vertical orientation, and a tilted position in which it is tilted toward the fuselage.

摘要: A pylon for mounting to a bottom surface of an aircraft and for carrying an external payload is provided. The pylon comprises a body spanning along a vertical axis between an upper face and a lower face, the upper face comprising one or more mounting arrangements configured to facilitate mounting the pylon to the bottom surface of the aircraft, the lower face comprising at least one suspension mechanism configured to facilitate selective attachment of the payload to the pylon. The pylon further comprises a covering arrangement configured for selective shifting between a closed position in which it covers the suspension mechanism and an open position in which the suspension mechanism is uncovered. The width of the body varies smoothly along the vertical axis between, inclusively, the upper and lower faces.
