摘要: A bag-making and packaging apparatus, for forming a bag containing a packaged article from a conveyed packaging material, is disclosed. The apparatus includes a printing part, first and second receiving parts, and a retaining part. The printing part prints information on the packaging material. The first receiving part is used in a first mode to print on the packaging material during conveyance without stopping conveyance. The second receiving part is used in a second mode to print on the packaging material at a timing when conveyance of the packaging material is stopped. The retaining part retains the first receiving part or the second receiving part so that the first receiving part and the printing part face each other with the packaging material disposed therebetween in the first mode, and the second receiving part and the printing part face each other with the packaging material disposed therebetween in the second mode.

A device management system manages a plurality of production-line-configuring devices configuring a production line to produce products, and has a device state data storage part, an analysis part, and a server output part. The production-line-configuring devices include a combination weighing machine to weigh the products, a bag-making and packaging machine to package the products, and a boxing device to box the packaged products into boxes. The device state data storage part accumulates device state data, which is information pertaining to the components included in the production-line-configuring devices. The analysis part performs an analysis process to analyze the device state data accumulated in the device state data storage part. The server output part outputs maintenance information, which pertains to maintenance of the components, on the basis of the results of the analysis process.

摘要: Certain implementations provide a form-fill-seal machine that can efficiently seal a packaging material. The transverse sealing unit may have first members to sandwich the packaging material and sealing the packaging material in a transverse direction, and second members for squeezing the packaging material while sandwiching the packaging material with a prescribed gap left therebetween. The control unit may cause the packaging material to be squeezed by the second members by causing the transverse sealing unit located at a reference position to descend faster than the packaging material being conveyed downward. The control unit may cause the transverse sealing unit to ascend while the packaging material is being sealed by the first members. The control unit may cause the transverse sealing unit to move such that the first members are separated from the packaging material.

摘要: A bag making and packaging machine is provided with a feed mechanism, a roll holding portion, a printing mechanism, a former, a longitudinal seal mechanism, a transverse seal mechanism, a cutting mechanism, a first sensor, and a second sensor. The printing mechanism prints information on a film. The former causes the two longitudinal sides of the film to become overlapped. The longitudinal seal mechanism bonds the two longitudinal sides and makes a film tube. The transverse seal mechanism sandwiches and bonds the film tube and makes a transverse seal portion. The cutting mechanism cuts the film tube at the transverse seal portion. The first sensor detects a mark on the film for identifying a cutting position for cutting the film tube. The second sensor detects a mark for specifying a printing position of the film where predetermined information is to be printed.
