Abstract:
A method is provided for removing a volatile organic compound (VOC) contained in an artificial leather fabric and odor caused by the volatile organic compound by coating the artificial leather fabric with an adsorbent which reacts with a noxious substance containing the volatile organic compound (VOC); and immersing; washing; and drying the reacted artificial leather fabric. The method includes coating the adsorbent and immobilizing the volatile organic compound through a reaction, to prevent volatilization of the organic compound or reduce an amount thereof. Further, after the reaction between the artificial leather fabric and the adsorbent, the artificial leather fabric is washed, to remove the volatile organic compound immobilized on a surface of the fabric from the artificial leather.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a backlight unit for planar lighting apparatuses and a manufacturing method thereof. The backlight unit simplifies a layer structure to be formed into the shape of a vehicle interior trim part, and has a thin thickness and improved flexibility. The backlight unit includes a light emitting device configured to emit light; a light guide panel having polycarbonate and configured to disperse the light received from a light emitting device; a reflective sheet having fibers and provided below the light guide panel to reflect the light dispersed by the light guide panel; and an acrylic adhesive sheet interposed between the light guide panel and the reflective sheet. The reflective sheet includes pores.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein, inter alia, is a flooring woven fabric. The flooring woven fabric includes a fabric layer including bulked continuous filaments (BCFs) having crimp and a polymer resin composition. The fabric layer includes a woven yarn of BCFs and the polymer resin composition is applied on the top portion of the fabric layer such that the polymer resin to form a coating layer. The polymer resin composition of the coating layer may penetrate between the BCFs and yarns made of BCFs. As such, the flooring woven fabric may have improved the wear resistance to strengthen the surface properties and positioning the coating layer to block the penetration of liquid contaminants at the same time, thereby improving the decontamination performance.
