Abstract: When it is determined that a program that is being run in a computing resource includes a plurality of similar subprograms, a running characteristic of a subprogram that is run or is run currently in the plurality of similar subprograms is obtained, where the plurality of similar subprograms are a plurality of subprograms whose similarity of running characteristics is greater than or equal to a first preset value. A configuration parameter of the computing resource is determined based on the running characteristic, and then the computing resource is configured by using the configuration parameter of the computing resource.
