Abstract: This application provides a communication method and apparatus. The method includes: An EASDF receives an identifier of a target service from a first terminal; the EASDF obtains an address of a same target application server that needs to be accessed by a plurality of terminals including the first terminal to access the target service; and the EASDF sends the address of the target application server to the first terminal. Hence, the EASDF obtains, for a same target service, identifiers (referred to as a UE list) of a plurality of UEs that need to access a same EAS.
