Abstract: This application provides a relay communication method, a communication apparatus, and a communication system, to effectively improve efficiency of accessing a cell of a network device by a remote terminal. Abstract: This application provides a handover method, a communication apparatus, and a computer storage medium. The method includes: A first access network device determines, based on coverage information of a neighboring access network device and route information of a terminal, a second access network device that can provide a communication service for the terminal, and sends a handover request message to the second access network device. Adaptation between a moving path of the terminal and a coverage range of a neighboring base station is considered in a process of determining a target access network device or a candidate target access network device, so that the terminal can be handed over to an access network device that matches the moving path of the terminal.
