    Abstract: A communication method and apparatus. The communication method includes: A terminal device transmits first capability information to a first network device, where the first capability information indicates that the terminal device supports sending a sounding reference signal (SRS) by using a maximum of a first bandwidth size of bandwidth; the terminal device transmits second capability information to a second network device, where the second capability information indicates that the terminal device supports sending data or control information by using a maximum of a second bandwidth size of bandwidth; the terminal device obtains first configuration information indicating that a size of bandwidth configured for the SRS is not greater than the first bandwidth size; and the terminal device obtains second configuration information indicating that a size of bandwidth configured for the data or control information is not greater than the second bandwidth size.

    Abstract: A positioning signal processing method includes receiving positioning reference signal (PRS) configuration information from a positioning device. A PRS is received as a PRS resource set. Each PRS resource set includes one or more PRSs. One access network device corresponds to one or more PRS resource sets. The positioning signal processing method further includes determining PRS time domain information based on the PRS configuration information. The time domain information includes a periodicity (P) of the PRS and a symbol length of the PRS in the P. The positioning signal processing method further includes receiving a plurality of PRSs based on the PRS time domain information.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to reference signal resource configuration methods and apparatus. In one example reference signal resource configuration method, a terminal receives sounding reference signal (SRS) resource configuration information from a base station. In response to determining that at least two SRS resources indicated by the SRS resource configuration information are located on a same orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol, the terminal maps one of the at least two SRS resources to the OFDM symbol.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a paging method and an apparatus, to reduce paging overheads, and relate to the field of wireless communication technologies. In the method, a serving network device may receive positioning area information. A positioning area represented by the positioning area information herein is used by a terminal device to send an SRS in an inactive mode or an idle mode. The serving network device may send a paging message to one or more neighboring network devices in a paging area. The paging area may be determined based on the positioning area.
