Abstract: In a method for determining a candidate line of sight path, a wireless local area network device receives a signal, where the signal includes radio signals sent by a to-be-identified terminal through a plurality of paths. The radio signal includes a first training sequence, and the signal includes superposition of a plurality of first training sequences transmitted through the plurality of paths. The wireless local area network device matches the signal and a second training sequence to obtain time points at which the plurality of first training sequences transmitted through the plurality of paths are received. The wireless local area network device determines a path of an earliest-received radio signal as a candidate line of sight path.
